Who we are
MAAUTECH Store is a technology retailer built for Cameroon. We started in Buea and now serve Buea, Douala and the rest of the country by delivery. Everything we sell is chosen because it works here: devices that hold up on unreliable power, networking gear that survives a rainy season, and solar sized for real household and small business loads.
We are a small team who use the products we sell, so we can tell you honestly whether a device suits your work, your budget and your power. We would rather sell you the right thing once than the wrong thing twice.
What we sell
Phones and tablets
Smartphones and tablets from the brands people actually ask for, unlocked and ready for an MTN or Orange SIM card.
Laptops and desktops
Business, student and desktop machines, with the memory and storage to match the work.
Audio
Headphones, earbuds, speakers and sound systems, tested for battery life and sound before they go on the shelf.
Wearables
Smart watches and fitness trackers, checked for pairing, charging and battery health.
Networking
Routers, switches, access points, extenders and the cabling to connect them properly.
Solar and power
Inverters, panels, batteries and charge controllers, sized for homes, shops and offices.

Televisions, monitors and the mounts and cables to put them up.

How we inspect every unit

Record the identity
Every phone and laptop is logged by IMEI or serial number the moment it enters the shop. That number follows the device through inspection, sale and any later warranty claim.

Test the battery
We measure battery health and confirm the device holds a charge. Anything below our threshold is replaced or not listed for sale.

Run the hardware
Ports, buttons, cameras, speakers, microphones, screens and keyboards are all tested. Networking and solar units are run under load.

Write the record
The results go on an inspection record that travels with your order, so you know what was checked and what was found.

Why buy from us and not the grey market
The grey market is cheaper for a reason. Devices arrive with no inspection, no record and no warranty, and when they fail you have nobody to call. We test every unit, log its IMEI, and cover it with a written warranty: 6 months minimum on devices, 3 months on audio and wearables, 12 months on networking and solar, and 14 days on accessories.
You also get a person. Our WhatsApp line is one number for stock questions, delivery updates and warranty claims. No ticket number and no queue. You talk to the people who sold you the device.

Common questions
Do you sell new and refurbished devices?
Yes, both, and we say clearly which is which on every listing. Refurbished devices carry the same minimum warranty and their own inspection record.
Can I see a device before I pay?
Yes. Visit us in Buea or Douala during opening hours, or ask for photos and a short video of the exact unit.
Do you deliver outside Buea and Douala?
Yes, 3 to 5 business days to the rest of Cameroon through our courier partners. You pay on confirmed delivery where available.
